If you go through history of Zetec engines, you will find many types of these engines developed for different cars. There are approximately five types of Zetec engine formats followed by others. These types are –
1.6 Zetec – It is 90bhp engine used in Fiesta, Focus, Escort, Orion car models
1.8 Zetec – It is 105bhp engine used in cars Fiesta XR2i, Escort and Orion models
1.8 Zetec with 115bhp – This engine is used in Focus, Modeo, Escort GTI models.
1.8 Zetec with 130bhp – This engine is used in some Si and XR3 models of Escort, Orion and Fiesta model RS1800.
Zetec 2.0 – It is 136bhp engine. 2.0 Zetec engine is used in Mondeo, Cougar and Focus models.
